Using the Tamtii website and services constitutes acceptance of the following rules and regulations. Please carefully read this text before using the platform.

Tamtii is an intermediary platform that provides coordination, consultation, and reservation services for medical tourism in Iran. Diagnosis, treatment, and any medical decision are solely the responsibility of the contracted doctor and medical center, and Tamtii is not a substitute for the medical opinion of a specialist.

Users are required to provide accurate and up-to-date personal and medical information. Any delay or error in providing information may affect the timing of medical and accommodation services.

Booking services (medical appointment, accommodation, transportation) will be finalized and confirmed after final approval and, if necessary, prepayment. Cancellation and refund conditions vary depending on the type of service and will be notified to the user before booking.

Tamtii is not responsible for delays, changes or problems that occur outside of its direct control (such as medical decisions, hospital conditions or unforeseen events); however, it is committed to providing maximum cooperation in such situations to resolve the issue.

These rules are subject to the regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Tamtii reserves the right to update these rules as needed; changes will be announced through this page.
